Warehouse Automation
One of the biggest challenges any business faces is keeping track of what inventory is on hand
and how to ship that inventory efficiently to customers.
As your company grows it might makes sense to replace pen and paper with more efficient and accurate
tools, such as a bar code scanner and a centralized database.
Maybe you're even thinking about going a step further and installing a wireless
LAN (WLAN) so you can update your inventory database in real time with wireless
handheld scanners.
With our warehouse automation products, developed using the lastest technologies (MS SQL Server & ASP.NET) you
can turn your warehouse into the smooth-running hub of your supply chain, moving product in and out quickly and efficiently.
Automating your warehouse can result in faster order fulfillment, more
inventory turns, increased customer loyalty and better customer service.

Production Utilization and Management Application
 |
| PUMA - Count Audit Editor |
So you might be wondering: what are the differences between ISM's Warehouse Management System (WMS) and our Production
Utilization and Management Application (PUMA) products?
PUMA was developed
to streamline the production process from warehouse components to finished product.
Where the Warehouse Management System (WMS) streamlines warehouse picking and
shipping processes, PUMA's aim is assembly and production.
PUMA empowers those tasked with scheduling production runs on multiple assembly lines by
providing the means to analyze and change scheduled and in-process production.
PUMA also includes tools to assist with physical inventory count by automated count card generation and
safeguards to ensure an accurate count.
Administrative audit and review tools provide managers with a means to validate inventory counts against user-defined variances,
while MAS 90/200 integration enables MAS and PUMA data to be synchronized.
